How do I activate the Jamaican SIM card ? You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Jamaica SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Jamaica SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the Jamaica SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.

What do I need to use the Jamaican SIM card ? Your Jamaica SIM card will require a SIM unlocked compatible international cellular phone.
Who do I call if I have any issues with my Jamaican SIM card ? Customer service for your Jamaica prepaid SIM card is available 24 hr/day by dialing 100 at any time from your Jamaica cellular phone or by dialing 1-888-344-4235 from any other phone.
How do my friends and family call me ? Callers from the United States will need to dial (1), the Jamaica country code (876), and your Jamaica cell phone number.
How do I dial internationaly from my cell phone ? Simply dial the country code and phone number in order to call from your Jamaican cell phone. A list of country codes is provided on our site.
What happens if I enter the SIM PIN code incorrectly ? Your Jamaica SIM card requires a 4-digit PIN code which can be found under the black tab located under the Jamaica SIM card. The PUK is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code incorrectly. Follow your cell phone manual instructions to correctly use the PUK to unblock your phone.
How do I set-up the phone to receive/send e-mail? 1. Configure e-mail access on the phone by
selecting: Start -> Messaging -> Menu ->
Options -> New Account
2. Your e-mail provider -> Other
(POP3/IMAP) -> Next
3. Enter in all important information. When
you are done select ‘Next’ and it will
attempt to configure your e-mail

site.
How do I send Text / SMS messages? Start -> Messaging -> 1 Text Message -> Left Select ‘New’ -> Type phone # in To: line with silver number buttons -> Navigate Down with Center Button -> Type message -> Left Select ‘Send’.
I am not able to Sync the phone to my computer? Windows Vista should Sync to the phoine without any problem. All other Windows operating systems will need to have Active Sync version 4.5 installed.
